OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS

In order to ensure a fast and accurate delivery of our EMMIE GRAY roseboxes, we ship solely with our quality partners DPD and DHL (Standard and Express).


DURATION OF TRANSPORT

Because our roses are fresh products, which we always deliver in the highest quality, and for which we offer a freshness guarantee, we guarantee a transport duration of a maximum of 24 hours in close cooperation with our partners DPD and DHL Express. The given information may differ with standard shipments.


WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY AT YOUR PREFERRED DATE

Thereby you can accurately plan when DPD/DHL Express will deliver the rosebox and make sure that someone is present at the delivery location. Thus, you ensure that the rosebox is not temporarily stored at a DPD/DHL station and that the freshness of the roses is not affected. We guarantee that the rosebox will be shipped to you within 24 hours after pickup by DPD or DHL from our department, and that you can rely on the prompt delivery. For that purpose, simply choose your preferred delivery date in the calendar at check out. Please note the following when choosing standard shipment: The requested delivery date may differ by one to three days.

We generally deliver on all days, except Sundays and public holidays. The available delivery dates can be viewed and selected in the calendar at checkout. Generally, we require at least two to three days lead time between order placement and delivery date. Depending on the order date, we also offer a delivery on the subsequent day.

Depending on the day of the week and the time you place your order, you may choose any available delivery dates in the calendar for your order. Express shipping costs with guaranteed delivery on the requested date amount to 19.90 GBP.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation. Additionally, we will notify you of your personal DPD/DHL tracking number. DHL DELIVERNOW, OR DPD PACKAGE NAVIGATOR IN CASE OF NON-AVAILABILITY

Even if we guarantee the delivery date, and if you track your package via the tracking number, it is still quite possible that the driver does not encounter anyone at the delivery location. But there is no need to worry. DPD/DHL will make at least two further attempts to deliver to you. Already at the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification indicating that you should inform DHL Express via DeliveryNow (www.dhl-delivernow.de/delivernow) by entering your reference number indicated on the notification card, about the exact date when DHL Express should conduct a second delivery, or let them know if you wish to pick up your package at your local DHL branch yourself. Using the DPD package navigator at https://www.paketnavigator.de/ you can even control when and where DPD should deliver. A signature release authorisation for your package can also be deposited here.
Of course, it is preferable that you are present at the location at the initial delivery date. This is the only way we can keep our promise of freshness and enable you to enjoy our rosebox as long as possible.


THEFT AND ACCIDENT DAMAGE

All our deliveries are insured against theft or accidental damage. Our delivery partners DPD and DHL Express handle our roseboxes carefully, so that your order will reach you in good condition. We additionally protect the roses to ensure that they are not harmed and stay intact. The insurance cover lapses as soon as receipt is confirmed in writing.


BILLING ADDRESS DIFFERS FROM SHIPPING ADDRESS

When you check out, simply specify that the desired delivery address is different from the billing address, and we will ship the order to the delivery address, while you will receive the invoice.
